The better office send-off

Gratillo exists because of every leaving card that dodged its recipient round the office for a week, collected nineteen variations of “good luck!”, and arrived with a tin of loose change.

Someone leaving a job — or retiring after thirty years, or heading off on maternity leave — deserves better than that. So we built the send-off we wished we'd been given: one link where the whole team writes something real, records a short video if they like, and chips into the gift by card; then one cinematic reveal where the leaver gets all of it at once.

We're a small UK team. The product is free to create — we take a transparent 5.5% on gift contributions, and that's the business. No ads, no data selling, no AI deciding what your goodbye should say. The words on this site's guides are checked by people who have organised too many of these collections themselves.
